Water takes centre stage on this route. Starting at De Meerpaal, a marina with cosy terraces where you can relax, the route takes you over unpaved paths. Via the canal and the Grote Fossé, you ride to De Wateringen, a beautiful nature reserve where the water meadows are a veritable palette of colours. You also cross the border with the Netherlands, before trotting along the sand extraction lake back to the starting point.
